HOURLY NONPROFIT CONSULTING

Service Description

Individual consulting and hands-on assistance for nonprofit leaders who need help with specific organizational tasks. Services may include: • Establishing an EIN (Organization must not have been previously revoked) • Filing Articles of Incorporation with the appropriate state filing department • 501(c)(3) filing assistance — minimum 2 hours • W-9 creation • Nonprofit One-Pager/Bio development — minimum 2 hours Federal filing fees, state fees, professional fees, and other third-party costs are separate and are the responsibility of the nonprofit. Additional work beyond the initial two hours may be billed at $35 per additional hour where applicable.
