With a master’s degree in Community Development and experience with the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority and Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS), Bobby understands how to bridge the gap between organizations and the communities they serve. His work has earned recognition including the 2023 EVMS President’s Award for Outstanding Community Service and the 2025 Portsmouth National Pan-Hellenic Council Unsung Hero Award.
