6-MONTH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & FUNDING

Service Description

A comprehensive consulting package designed to help nonprofits develop a strategic, mission-driven approach to community engagement and funding. Includes: • Up to 15 hours per month of grant and sponsorship research • Up to 4 grant and/or sponsorship submissions per month, based on qualified opportunities and organizational readiness • Grant and sponsorship prospect research • Statement of Need development • One customized grant- or sponsorship-ready program/project, including a budget • Community engagement and funding alignment • Program and funder alignment • Community and audience mapping • Event and outreach strategy • Funding readiness support • Two leadership consulting meetings per month • Two program/team funding meetings per month Requires a 6-month commitment.
