Service Description

• Review of nonprofit mission and goals • Community impact planning • Program alignment strategy • Audience and community mapping • Community engagement planning • Signature program development and budget • One-year outreach and fundraising calendar • Grant and sponsorship research • Up to 6 grant and/or sponsorship submissions per month • Up to 20 hours per month of grant/sponsorship research and submission support • Two required leadership meetings per month Requires a one-year commitment and first payment before work begins.
